End of the PassForYou Cards Program

When will the PassForYou Cards Program end?

The PassForYou Cards Program will end on July 1, 2020. Consequently, as of July 1, 2020, joining the PassForyou Program or renewing your PassForYou Card will no longer be possible.

What about my PassForYou Card benefits?

All cards still valid in 30th of June 2020, are extended until December 31, 2021. The benefits linked to your card remain unchanged.

Follow these easy steps:

1)     Click on ‘Loyalty’ in the main menu > Then click on ‘More info’ in the Flavours Instant Benefit block and finally > Click on ‘Join now’.

2)     Fill out the form. When entering your email address, please use the same one as for your PassForYou account.

3)     You will receive an email confirming that you are now a Flavours Instant Benefit member.

4)     All you need to do then is log in with your email address and password to enjoy your -10% PassForYou member rate, valid until 31 December 2021.

What about my Free Night?

When you renew your membership, your Complimentary Night remains valid until 31 December 2021.

How do I book my Free Night?

Benefits

How do I take advantage of the benefits linked to my card? 

To receive the 10% discount:

  • At the hotel: just provide your username when booking and present your card.
  • On the websites www.campanile.comwww.kyriad.com and on the Louvre Hotels Group application: join Flavours Instant Benefit Program with the same email address as your PassForYou account.

How can I take advantage of my free night*?

In order to book your free night, you must use the PassForYou website: www.passforyou.com or the HotelForYou application.

After logging in, enter the various criteria for your reservation: destination city, arrival date (weekends only), number of nights (always select "1" night when booking your free night) and the number of people.

Click on the "BOOK" button and all you have to do is select the desired hotel in the list of hotels that appear with the words: "Free Stay" by clicking on Select.

Then choose the type of room from among the choices that appear with the words, "PassForYou Free Stay", and then click on "Book". 

All that remains is to follow the reservation process through to the end.

Then all you need to do is present your card (or your ID number if you have not yet received your card) at hotel reception during your stay.

*Tourist tax, food and drinks not included. The free night can only be used by the member.

How can I activate the availability guarantee?

If, at least 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, you see that the hotel of your choice is showing as being full and if the selected dates are not Black-out Dates, which can be consulted here, then you can activate your availability guarantee by contacting our Central Reservations on +33 (0) 825 35 45 45 (€0.15 inc. tax/min) and choosing Option 1.

Operating your account

How do I access my customer account?

You can connect to your customer account: 

  • Via the website www.passforyou.com using your email address and password sent when you subscribed to PassForYou program. Your customer account enables you to contact PassForYou customer service directly.
  • Via the websites www.campanile.comwww.kyriad.com et on the app Louvre Hotels Group using your address emaill used for your PassForYou account, and your new password created when you subscribed to Flavours Instant Benefit program. 

Your account enables you to view your personalised offers, your previous stays and your profile. It also enables you to contact PassForYou customer service directly.

If a night has not been registered on my account, what should I do to ensure that it is?

You can contact us:

  • Via the "Contact Us" area in your customer account on www.passforyou.com
  • By phone on +33 (0) 825 35 45 45 (€0.15/min) from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
  • By email: serviceclient@passforyou.com

How do I recover my password?

You just need to click on the « Lost Password » link in the identification screen or in the identification widget.

Fill in your email address and validate.

A confirmation screen is displayed, and an email sent to you automatically containing a link to finalize the password change.

How do I change my password/postal address/telephone number etc.?

Log in to your customer account and change your information in the heading "Your profile".

What does Louvre Hotels Group do with my data?

All the named information collected within the framework of PassForYou undergoes automated processing that is the subject of prior declaration to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés — the French data protection commission).

It is intended for the LOUVRE HOTELS GROUP and hotels affiliated thereto.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act dated 6 January 1978, you have the right of access, rectification, modification, and deletion of the data that concerns you.
